Anyone who wishes to formulate a complaint regarding a call for tenders, the certification process of goods or an enterprise qualification process that would not respect the normative framework, provides for conditions that do not ensure honest and fair treatment of bidders or that do not allow bidders to compete although they believe they are qualified to meet the stated procurement requirements, must refer to the procedure below.

Before filing a complaint, interested individuals must first contact by email the resource person as identified on the notice published in SEAO (système électronique d’appel d’offres) to ask for information or precisions.
